Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Development conducts a wide variety of duties related to fundraising and communications for Baptist Health Foundation. This involves collaborating with front-line fundraisers to create and manage the production of high-level donor communications including gift proposals, stewardship reports, articles for publications, e-newsletters and other print/digital materials. This position maintains an individual gift portfolio and relationships with midlevel donors. Coordinating stewardship and donor prospecting events is also a key responsibility of this role. This position is also responsible for a fundraising portfolio of $500,000 which includes managing and cultivating prospects and closing major gifts.

Education/Degree Required:

Bachelor of Science (non Nursing)


3-5 Years Events Management Experience

3-5 Years Fundraising Experience

3-5 Years Marketing Experience
