"Exchange of Goods & Services (the balance of stewarding a donor but not giving gifts for donations)"

It can seem overwhelming to integrate the complexities of planned giving into your fundraising activities. But a strong planned giving program is integral to a healthy well-rounded fundraising strategy. Almost 9% of all charitable giving in 2015 was a bequest according to Giving USA.

Our panel of experienced professionals will provide an overview of planed giving and dive deeper into key areas. This program will increase your ability to talk with donors about basic and more complex gift planning opportunities.

The panel will cover the elements of a successful planned giving program including:

  • Prospect identification and donor motivation
  • Types of planned gifts and gift acceptance policies
  • Marketing and donor communication
  • Donor recognition
